We transform customized solutions into safe, durable, and precise physical products based on rigorous technical standards.
I. Substrate and Environmental Standards
Cabinet body materials: Optional eco-friendly substrates of E0 or ENF grade (such as particleboard, multilayer solid wood, and OSB) are available. Formaldehyde emission levels are significantly lower than the national standards, ensuring a healthy home environment.
Board thickness: The standard thickness for side panels and shelf boards is 18mm, while the load-bearing back panel is 9mm, ensuring structural stability.
Surface finish: Uses wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, and easy-to-clean finishing materials (such as PVC film, PET, solid wood veneer, etc.), ensuring long-lasting color that remains fresh and vibrant over time.
II. Hardware and Connection Systems
Hinges: Standard or optional brand dampened hinges (such as Blum, Hettich, etc.), with a cycle life of over 200,000 opens and closes, offering quiet and smooth operation.
Guide rails: The drawers come standard with three-section, cushioned steel guide rails that offer strong load-bearing capacity and smooth drawer operation. Optional features include concealed bottom-mounted rails or a premium metal drawer system.
Fasteners: A modern panel-type connection method using pre-embedded nuts and screws ensures a more stable structure and facilitates repeated disassembly and reassembly.
Functional components—such as the rotating shoe rack, extendable mirror, and clothes hooks—are all made from high-quality metal or ABS engineering plastic, ensuring durability and longevity.
III. Design Specifications and Process
Dimensional Tolerance: Manufacturing and processing accuracy is controlled within ±0.5 mm to ensure a perfect fit during on-site installation.
Edge sealing process: Laser edge sealing or PUR hot-melt adhesive edge sealing is used. The edge strip thickness ranges from 0.8 to 2.0 mm, ensuring a smooth and durable edge that effectively resists moisture and warping.
Structural Design:
The standard depth of a shoe cabinet is 350–400 mm (suitable for most shoe styles).
The standard hole spacing for the activity panel is 32mm, and the height can be adjusted flexibly.
The commonly used height of the suspended area at the bottom is 150–200 mm, making it convenient to store everyday footwear.
The depth of the coat-hanging area is ≥550mm (to accommodate the thickness of down jackets).
IV. Safety and Functional Parameters
Load standards: The static uniform load on standard floor slabs shall be ≥30 kg/m²; special reinforcement design shall be implemented for large storage areas.
Safety Protection: The tall cabinet comes standard with wall-mounting brackets to prevent tipping. All panel edges are rounded to prevent bumps and scratches.
Lighting System: Optionally equipped with low-voltage LED induction light strips (input voltage 220V, output 24V/12V safe voltage). Luminous flux and color temperature (3000K–4000K) are customizable. Energy-efficient and long-lasting.
